Return Policy

Customers should all be aware that Media Products including but not limited to CD's, Cassettes, Vinyl, Video, DVD, and Books are not returnable, as mandated by United States Federal Copyright Law, unless deemed defective. In the extremely rare instance that an item may be defective we will replace it within 10 days of date of original purchase, and for the same exact title only. Allowance are made for standard shipping times.

You should return defective media items to us post paid via media mail at PO Box 1515, Green Island NY 12183 for replacement.

Most other items may be exchanged in original packaging in original condition as determined by us with in 10 Days of purchase. Items must be shipped post paid  to eIrish.com 3956 NY 2 Brunswick NY 12180. A return authorization is required before you send anything. Restocking fees may apply.

We do not refund money. It has never been our policy to do so and it is unreasonable to expect in such a specialty business. We will gladly exchange for size, another item or site or store credit.

Items that may not be returned or exchanged.
Any food related item, diamonds and engagement jewelry, communion and christening dresses. All exchanges and returns are at the discresion of the management and are subject to refusal.
