Rego Return Policy

Customers should all be aware that Media Products including but not limited to CD's, Cassettes, Vinyl, Video, DVD, and Books are not returnable, as mandated by United States Federal Copyright Law, unless deemed defective. In the extremely rare instance that an item may be defective we will replace it within 10 days of date of original purchase, and for the same exact title only. Allowance are made for standard shipping times.
The 10 day part is policy the rest is law.

You should return the title to us post paid via media mail at PO Box 1515, Green Island NY 12183 for replacement.
